Lovely, Amari, and Janae are a close-knit sibling trio. They are connected by a deep bond that only siblings who grow up together can truly understand. She has a strong interest in the beauty industry, particularly hairstyling, and hopes to pursue cosmetology in the future. One of her long-term goals is to own her own business and develop a brand she can manage independently. Lovely is also interested in digital media and enjoys analyzing and recreating different styles of content and storytelling. She enjoys watching movies and documentaries based on true events, listening to music, and singing. In her free time, Lovely likes journaling and talking through her thoughts as a way to organize and reflect on her ideas. Family connections are important to Lovely. She spends time engaging with her siblings and often takes on a playful leadership role, referring to herself as their “little big sister.” She enjoys shared activities, humor, and interactive time together.
Amari is a thoughtful and kind youth who tends to observe his surroundings before fully engaging. As he becomes more comfortable, he is talkative, engaging, and enjoys participating in conversations and activities. Amari is athletic and especially enjoys playing basketball, which allows him to stay active and build his skills. He is a dedicated fan of his favorite professional basketball team and dreams of one day playing at that level. In his free time, Amari enjoys playing video games, listening to music, and spending time with his siblings. He appreciates humor and enjoys sharing jokes and lighthearted moments with those around him. Amari values his role as a brother and takes pride in supporting and looking out for his sisters. He has big goals for his future and hopes to achieve success through hard work and determination.
Janae is an intelligent, gentle, and sweet young lady with a thoughtful personality and a wonderfully creative imagination. She is naturally quiet and enjoys time to herself, but she can form positive, meaningful relationships once she feels safe and understood. Around her siblings, her personality blossoms; she becomes energetic, talkative, and playful, showing how deeply she values those close connections. Janae enjoys reading in her spare time and often gets lost in stories written by popular young-teen authors such as Raina Telgemeier, Rick Riordan, Jacqueline Woodson, and Shannon Hale. Books are a source of comfort and inspiration for Janae, and her dream day would be sitting outside on a beautiful, sunny afternoon with a really good book in hand, enjoying the peace and calm around her. Janae enjoys spending time with her friends and cooking. Her favorite foods are Mexican food and chicken. She has aspirations to attend college and dreams of using her creativity to become either a chef or an artist.
